Cancellation Terms and Conditions

If for some reason you need to cancel your scooter rental booking the following terms and condition apply.

All pre-booked scooter rentals can be cancelled prior to 48 hours of your rental pickup date.
Any cancellations with less than 48 hours of the original pickup date cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Cancellations due change of Hotel/Casion change must be within the following:

Within 48 hours of the original pick update

Must be to a Hotel Casino that you are a registered guest of and that we can deliver to.
Please call us on 702 265 2441 Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm and Saturday 9am - 2pm to arrange any Hotel/Casino change.

Refund Policy

If a rental cancellation must be within 48 prior the scooter rental date.
Any pre-paid and pre booked rentals within 48 hours a full refund will be issued less any credit or debit card processing fees.

Any cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice cannot be refunded.
