Where do I collect and Return my Scooter?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We will normally leave your scooter at the hotel's Bell Desk or Guest Services, and we will text you when it is there so you can pick up. However, some hotels do not allow off property scooter rental companies to store their scooters at their bell desks so we will have to pre-arrange a day and time prior to your rental so we can meet you, both at pick up and drop off. Please note if this is the case our delivery hours are during office hours only. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you allow non transportable scooters to be transported?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We do not allow disassembly of mid-size, large, and heavy-duty scooters due personal injury and damage to property because of their size and weight. However, you can use an ADA disabled equipped TAXI by arranging it with your hotels concierge or calling a TAXI service. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We DO NOT allow any of our scooters on the city RTC public buses, standard TAXI's or any Uber or Lyft rideshare vehicles. <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Do you deliver to Downtown Freemont Street?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

No, due to risk of security of the scooters and theft we do not deliver to any of the downtown hotels. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can I Get Coverage for my Scooter Rental?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Yes. We offer two types of coverage. Accidental and Full Coverage.
Things like broken keys, broken shrouds ripped seats and arm rest are all covered up $300 worth of damage* <\/p>\n\n\n\n


Accidental Damage Coverage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For $4 per day for Mid-Size, Large and Heavy-Duty scooters, you can cover your scooter for any accidental damage done to your scooter*

For Transportable scooters we require mandatory accident damage coverage at $4 per day due to the bigger risk of damage from transportation in a vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Full Coverage - Accidental Damage, Loss and Theft<\/strong>
For $10 per day for Mid-Size, Larger and Heavy-Duty scooter with full coverage loss and theft and accidental damage included*. Covers up to $300 worth of damage and $3000 towards the cost of a replacement scooter*.

Transportable scooter Full Coverage which includes Accidental Damage, Loss and Theft For $9 per day up to $250 worth of damage and $1200 towards the cost of a replacement scooter*.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can I transport my scooter in my car?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We only allow the transportable Go-Go scooters and manual wheelchairs to be transported in your own vehicle. External lifts or carriers are also NOT permitted.

How Far can I Go On My Scooter?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Several factors play a big part in how far you can go on your scooter. Mid-size large and heavy duty will have the biggest drive range due to the size of their batteries, but they still have limitations. The normal run time for these scooters is about three hours but again depends on several factors like; heat, gradient, weight of the person driving and amount of charge the scooter has been given.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Transportable scooters have smaller batteries and are designed for \"one shop trips\" so the drive range will be significantly less than a larger scooter. Again, heat, gradient, weight of the person driving, and amount of charge given play a big factor in how far you can go on your scooter. Hotel Casinos are vast places and extra milage can accrue due to finding elevators to get from one level to another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For example, from Mandalay Bay to New York Yew York and back including the casino floor is 5 miles, I know, I had to walk it!! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Average scooter re-charge time is between 8 and 14 uninterrupted hours. Lower charge time will significantly reduce your scooters distance of travel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What Happens If my Scooter is Stolen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When you lease\/rent a scooter from us you are personally responsible for safety and security of scooter, its accessories and personal belongings as your own property through the dates of the rental contract. If your scooter is stolen you must immediately contact the hotel\/casino security, police and us to make an incident report. When leaving your scooter at any bell desk ensure that a member of staff takes the scooter to a secure place. Make sure that all accessories such as keys, charger and any paperwork provided are with the scooter when departing. Leaving your scooter unattended is deemed as neglect. Always keep your scooter where you can see it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
